How to verify a Swedish Trust Company

The registration status of a Swedish Trust Company can easily be verified online at the Swedish Company Registration Office, Bolagsverket.
To verify our own Swedish Trust Company registration, please go here and search on the company name or the company registration number.
To verify the registration as Regulated Provider under AML/CFT regulations, please go here and search on the company registration number.
Although the Company Registration Office, Bolagsverket, maintains the register of Regulated Providers, the Supervisory Authority for Swedish Trust Companies for AML/CFT purposes is the County Administrative Board, see further details here.
